What information should I send for an OEM/ODM quotation?
Send the target product or model, destination market, expected quantity, hardware or software changes, branding and packaging needs, required compliance documents, and target schedule. This allows the team to confirm the configuration and document scope before quoting.
How quickly can TOPLEO prepare a sample?
A ready-stock sample has a 48-hour dispatch target. A customized sample has a 7-day target after scope confirmation. UI/firmware and PCB/private-mold projects use separate 15-day and 30-day planning windows.
Does every TOPLEO model have Google or Netflix certification?
No. Google/GTV and Netflix/NTV status applies only to certified variants whose model name carries GTV or NTV. Standard, base and AOSP versions do not inherit the certification of a related variant.

Ready-stock sample: 1 pc; dispatch within 48 hours when available. Customized sample: 5–7 working days. OEM: MOQ 500 pcs; 7–10 working days for scopes such as silkscreen and firmware. ODM custom mould: MOQ 2,000 pcs; 30–45 working days. Warranty: standard 12 months, with start date, exclusions, remedy and freight controlled by quotation or contract.
Quality boundary: every TV Box undergoes a 72-hour aging test. Other categories follow the category-appropriate inspection and test plan agreed for the exact project. CE, FCC and RoHS documents are mapped only to the exact published model, configuration and destination market.
